Settings → Partner → Manage → Unlink. The partnership ends immediately for both accounts.

Nothing gets deleted — your saves stay yours, your plans stay yours, your reviews keep both bylines (you can change individual ones in your profile if you want). Future activity is independent. Either of you can re-link later if you want.
