What are the rules for stops between walks?
There aren't hard rules, but here's what works for most couples:
- Walking distance: under 800m between consecutive stops, ideally under 400m.
- Total walk per night: 1.5–3 km feels right; over 5km starts feeling like a march.
- Stop count: 3 stops for first dates, 4–5 for evenings, 6+ only for full days.
